This morning I took a trip over to Piedmont Custom Motorsports so that I could get the P71 on a dyno and have it tuned. The modifications that I’ve done were not a lot, but they were substantial in terms of maximizing the potential of the naturally aspirated 4.6 liter V8. The Stainless Works long-tube headers, the 2.5” Stainless Works exhaust and hi-flo cats. The ported intake elbo from ADTR.net along with the Steeda under drive pulleys. These all changed the potential and the guys at Piedmont Custom Motorsports put the P71 up on a dyno and did their magic. The display says it all.

Even with an automatic transmission this means that my horsepower and torque are right up there. Just shy of 240 hp and 280 ft/lb of torque. Not bad.
