When I drove here in 2013 my curiosity was piqued by an antique road grader by the side of the road. My curiosity lead me to meet Mr. H.R. Wells, proprietor of this antique shop.
When he introduced himself back in 2013 he revealed that he was also the local State Farm insurance agent AND the mayor of Gladewater. So I was hoping to be able to say hello again after nine years.
Unfortunately it had taken me so long to find his place of business again that he had called it a day.
If you are ever passing through Gladewater, TX you might want to stop and meet HR and let him know that I said hi.
