What Goes On Here?

I was driving around Cape Cod and came across this vehicle. 

 Now wait a minute.  Do we have a national police force now?  Anyone have a copy of the Constitution I can look at?

    Is that their office in the background? The truck is bigger, yes?

    It is parked over near where Howard grew up if you want to see for yourself.

    I work for DHS and they require all DHS components to use their logo -“one branding one team” -thus better communication for the next time! You will also notice it says “protective service” on the side. That means some high level government politician or rep would be or was in the area. The car is used to promote high visability (or it would have been unmarked). Most likely they were checking out the area for a vulnerability and a future visit by someone important.
