Coming Soon–Very Soon–Porsche by Design

Starting October 12 and running through January 20 is an exclusive exhibit at the North Carolina Museum of Art.  Porsche by Design is a design exhibition that explores the history and development of the Porsche lineage from the 1930s to today.

Over twenty examples including Janis Joplin’s 356 C Porsche are in the exhibit.  I’ll be going to several events around this show and will share as much as I can.  Stay tuned.

    Is it Jerry Seinfeld or Jay Leno that has the big Porsche collection? I bet the early designs will be very interesting to see – do you think they’ll have any concept displays?

      Jerry has the Porsche collection. While they might not be concept cars – they should have a prototype or two. Tomorrow I will be getting a preview and hope to have some photos that I can share.
