There was the Cannonball Run. The rules: there are no rules. New York to Los Angeles. The US highway system has gone through great changes. Law enforcement of traffic laws has changed dramatically. The volume of automotive and truck traffic has grown to enormous amounts. This film documents what may be the last ever attempt of the quickest cross-country drive ever.
